Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal


I decided to revisit a childhood staple: PB&J. I used 100% peanut peanut butter and jelly free of refined-sugar, preservatives, and artificial coloring. I mixed them up… and put them in oatmeal!

It tasted just how I remembered, but the added texture of the oats took it to a whole new level! 



1 ½ cups rolled oats

3 cups water

1 cup oat milk

2 teaspoons chia seed

1 tablespoon maple syrup

5 teaspoons 100% peanut peanut butter

5 teaspoons jelly free of refined sugar, preservatives, and food coloring



1.   Add oats and water to a large pan/wok. Bring oats to a boil, then simmer and stir for a few minutes until water is absorbed and oats are tender.

2.   Transfer oats to a mixing bowl, add oat milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, peanut butter, and jelly. Mix and transfer to serving dishes

Top serving dishes with berries or other toppings of choice
